After some time....

Well, work has become a bit hectic nowadays and i didnt feel like blogging even if am free. Didnt know what caused this.
Rain didnt visit our Chennai like last year, but due to the poor maintenance and government our city faced a tough time this year too. Just took some pics in the rainy season. Posting those here. I thought of posting this long back, but cudnt.

This photo was taken in Velachery, even now this road might not have been completely recovered. I have to go to office daily thru' this road, had no other alternative. Thanks to the corporation and govt. for such awesome roads. :-)

This one was taken out of a closed shop in Saidapet, opposite to the bus stand at morning 5:30. I found a shelter for rain there. The RED colored thing in this foto is a poor paati who cudnt withstand the rain and chill, she too has found a shelter like me. But the difference is that i have a home, family. She has nothing. The white box and cover shown near that lady is her only asset. She was shivering. While looking at her i felt tears in my eyes.
Ivala ippadi pannina pulla ponnu ellam velangave maatanga. Cudnt understand why ppl abandon their parents in old age. Atlast offered her what i cud and left the place with a heavy heart.

  • bro...
semma touching message at the end. I still dunno why people abandon their parents. Love for parents may be sublime, but shd not be discarded. We shd be possessive abt our parents and parents love for us, right?
    the photo is also touching!
