A gud Leader

Its been a couple of weeks since my last blog. I didnt blog bcoz nobody reads my blog.anyway i thought i will pen down some of my thoughts(not my own) that i imbibed from some ppl about leadership.

who is a gud leader? The direct answer is that a person who makes his sub ordinates confident and courageous can be said as a gud leader. Leadership doesnt mean that blast your junior get the work done. Behave with your junior in such a way that he automatically does the work for you. In my office i am working under leaders who
take responsibilty for the mistakes done by sub ordinates, get the scoldings from client then advise the juniors softly, but at the same when there is appreciation from client they share it equally among the team members. i think this is the most important quality of a leader which will give the confidence and enthusiasm to his subords to work better. I have learnt this as a lesson from my seniors.......

dubble meaning dialogues in movies

today i thought i will blog about this bcoz i have just watched Ah Aah. Romba naaalaave namma tamil movies la double meaning dialogues irukku, it is not just new or a present trend, for example take "Sigappu rojakal" it has many dialogues in double meanings, padathula double meaning dialogues is necessary but it shud be crisp and make the person listening laugh and not lead him to mugam sulipu. May be i might laugh for all those dialogues jus bcoz i am 23 yrs old, appa amma ketta thaan theriyum. In Ah Aah there is a lot of such dialogues. Yesterday while watching the movie i saw in the row before me, there were a group of 7 or 8 girls were watching the movie, there were many such similar groups, avanga paakarudhula thappilai. They are just like me, they ll enjoi the movie and such jokes just like we guys do. Before 20 or so years when movies like Manmadha leelai etc. there were no protests like this.aana ippo mattum en prechinai varudhunnu theriyalai pa....
